Overview
Colette Verch is an attorney in the firm's Intellectual Property Department and is a part of the IP Litigation Group. She has represented clients in a wide range of complex IP matters involving patent, trademark, copyright, false advertising, and contract claims in both federal and state courts.
Colette has experience across all stages of litigation, including pre-suit investigations, case strategy, discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, and trial preparation. In addition to her litigation practice, Colette has drafted and prosecuted patent applications in a broad range of industries and prepared invalidity, patentability, and freedom-to-practice opinions.
