Abby Stover is the firm’s Chief Talent Officer and leads the firm-wide attorney talent strategy and initiatives aimed at enhancing the culture of the law firm and fostering successful and fulfilling careers. Guided by the law firm’s strategic goals and the need to adapt to a continuously changing business environment, Abby leads comprehensive talent recruitment, development, management, and recognition programs based on principles of transparency, innovation, personalized attention, and open communication.
Abby previously worked at Honigman as both the firm's Director of Attorney Development and Recruitment and as a real estate attorney. She has over a decade of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate law, including acquisitions and sales, financing, tax-deferred exchanges, and commercial leasing.
