In Memory of Peter J. Livingston

Honigman is saddened to share that our partner, Peter Livingston, has passed away. He was a friend and a mentor to many of our lawyers.

Peter joined the Honigman Kalamazoo office as a Corporate Partner in 2014 after a distinguished career at Varnum LLP, where he served as Chair of the Corporate Department and Managing Partner. He also worked with Howard & Howard Attorneys, P.C. and Ernst & Young in Kalamazoo. He was a graduate of Notre Dame University and the Notre Dame School of Law. His unending dedication to the betterment of the general community is well known and highly admired. He previously served as the President of the Portage Educational Foundation, the Chairman of the Small Business Council of the Kalamazoo County Chamber of Commerce, and the President of the Kalamazoo County Club.

Peter is survived by his wife Connie and their children, Margaret, Jack, Joe, and Laura.
