On behalf of all of us at Honigman, I hope this communication finds you and your loved ones healthy and safe during this difficult time. The health and well-being of our people and their families, our clients and communities is of utmost importance.

We understand that there is uncertainty and disruption caused by the COVID-19 outbreak, but please be assured that our priority is to continue to provide the highest level of client service.

We draw on over seventy years of experience in helping our clients navigate through their most urgent and challenging situations.  We understand the firm is relied upon by our clients and you are living through the same issues we are.  We will continue to support your important matters and the continuity of your business.

Our lawyers and staff are fully prepared to work remotely, utilizing firm systems that ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of email and documents. We are confident in our ability to seamlessly maintain operations and deliver premier legal service. Our physical office locations will be closed for the time being; however, we will be operating as usual leveraging our technology platforms. In instances where technology cannot be leveraged, your attorney will reach out to you to discuss accommodations.

Further, we have taken a number of proactive and precautionary measures to minimize the risk to our clients, colleagues and others.  We created a response page on honigman.com to provide legal updates and helpful information from leading health authorities and experts, which we will continue to monitor and refresh.
