Honigman Advises i3 Investors on Minnesota Industrial Portfolio Acquisition

Honigman represented i3 Investors, LLC in connection with the acquisition of a multi-tenant industrial portfolio located in Edina, Minnesota.

The transaction involved the acquisition of Normandale Tech Center and Technology Park VIII, a three-building industrial portfolio totaling approximately 236,946 square feet. The acquisition further expands i3 Investors’ presence in the Twin Cities market, one of the Midwest’s most active industrial regions, and increases the company’s Minnesota holdings to six buildings totaling more than 548,000 square feet. Honigman also advised in connection with acquisition financing provided by Mutual of Omaha.
