Honigman Represents Sciens Building Solutions in Acquisition of Priority Systems, Inc.

Honigman recently advised Sciens Building Solutions, a fire and life safety company, in connection with its acquisition of Priority Systems, Inc., a Metairie, Louisiana based provider of integrated fire alarm and security solutions.

Established in 1985, Priority Systems serves customers throughout the greater New Orleans and Baton Rouge areas across a range of industries including commercial, industrial, government, education, healthcare, and hospitality. In addition to fire alarm and security services, the company provides intrusion monitoring, access control, video surveillance, and area of rescue solutions.

A Honigman deal team led by Corporate Partners Eric Jones and David Krueger with support from Associates Michael J. Kiel, CFA, and Gareth Ulmer advised Sciens on the transaction.
