Honigman Represents Gentherm in Acquisition of Innovative Medical Equipment

Honigman recently represented Gentherm Corporation (Nasdaq: THRM) in connection with its acquisition of Innovative Medical Equipment, LLC.

Gentherm is a provider of thermal management and pneumatic comfort technologies. Innovative Medical Equipment, based in the Cleveland area, manufactures the ThermaZone® device, a non-opioid solution designed to support pain management and recovery through controlled hot-and-cold therapy. The acquisition expands Gentherm’s medical business and product portfolio.

The transaction was led by Corporate Partners Matthew VanWasshnova, Jack Carver, and Michael Ben, with support from Associates Grace Canfield, Austin Holtshouser, and Christopher Adams, together with Partners Thomas Appledorn and Suzanne Levy Friedman, who advised on intellectual property and regulatory matters, respectively.
