Honigman Advises The Mainstreet Group on BUILT–Westfield Development and Financing

Honigman represented The Mainstreet Group in connection with the development and financing of BUILT–Westfield, an approximately $10 million flex industrial development in Westfield, Indiana.

The transaction included construction financing and a ground lease structure supporting the development and land division process. BUILT–Westfield is part of Mainstreet’s growing BUILT platform, which develops modern flex industrial space designed to serve small businesses, entrepreneurs, contractors, and service providers with flexible, professionally managed facilities. The project reflects continued demand for small-bay industrial space in high-growth Indiana markets and supports the expansion of business infrastructure in the Westfield area. BUILT developments are designed to provide flexible industrial units for growing businesses that need accessible, secure and affordable operational space, addressing a segment of the market that has historically been underserved.
