Partner Donald J. Kunz Honored by Michigan Lawyers Weekly in its 2026 Hall of Fame Class

Honigman Partner Don Kunz was recently recognized by Michigan Lawyers Weekly in its 2026 Hall of Fame class. This award recognizes the state's most exceptional leaders who have successful practices and have made valuable contributions to the local community. The honorees are ones who have truly left their mark across their firms and communities. 

Don concentrates his practice on corporate finance and governance matters, with a particular emphasis on representing publicly traded companies. He advises clients on capital raising, including acquisitions and dispositions, IPOs, and follow-on offerings; corporate governance issues, including counseling boards of directors, board committees, and officers on executive compensation planning and wide-ranging day-to-day issues; and public‑company reporting and disclosure matters.
