Honigman Represents Sciens Building Solutions in Acquisition of Southern Fire Control

Honigman recently advised Sciens Building Solutions, a fire and life safety company, as it acquired Southern Fire Control, a full service fire sprinkler contractor serving all of South Florida. The transaction marks the eighth acquisition Sciens has successfully completed in Florida, now allowing the company to employ nearly 600 employees across the state.

The acquisition aids Sciens in its goal to continue expanding its services not only throughout the state of Florida, but also the United States.

A Honigman deal team led by Partner Eric M. Jones with support from Associates Michael J. Kiel, CFA, and Gareth Ulmer advised Sciens on the transaction.
