Tracy Larsen Recognized by Corp! Magazine as a 2025 Inspiring Leader

Partner Tracy Larsen, who is also the leader of Honigman’s Transactions and Counseling Practice Group, vice chair of the Corporate Department, and managing partner of the Grand Rapids office, was recently recognized by Corp! Magazine as a 2025 Inspiring Leader. Honorees are known for leading by example, being high performers, and ensuring that their teams prioritize contributing to the community just as much as they prioritize successful business. 

Having one of the most active transactional practices in the Midwest, Tracy represents clients in a wide array of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, recapitalization, restructuring, and corporate finance transactions. He has led hundreds of M&A transactions, both domestic and international, involving tens of billions of dollars in trade value.
