Honigman Represents i3 Investors in Expanding Minneapolis Presence with Acquisition of Brooklyn Park Property

Honigman advised i3 Investors, a private real estate investment firm focused exclusively on industrial real estate, on its acquisition of a 78,500-square-foot industrial property in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

The acquisition of this property, known as Brooklyn Park, strengthens i3's presence in the Minneapolis industrial market, advances its strategy to prioritize properties that generate consistent annual cash flows and long-term value for investors, and represents another significant milestone in the company’s ongoing growth.  

The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

The Honigman deal team was led by Real Estate Partner Mike R. Tirman with support from Associate Giselle R. Ebeling.
