Honigman Continues Growth of Israel Office with Tenth Attorney
DETROIT- Honigman LLP announced today that Michael Rosenberg joined the firm as a partner in the firm’s Israel office. Rosenberg brings over fifteen years of capital markets and venture capital experience to Honigman and joins Honigman’s Israel subsidiary from Latham & Watkins.
Rosenberg is the tenth attorney to join Honigman Israel’s highly-skilled and exceptionally credentialed U.S.- licensed attorneys who continue their sophisticated U.S. transactional and specialist practices from Israel.

Rosenberg focuses his practice on advising publicly-traded companies, investment banks, and venture capital firms on transactions, financings and securities law filings and compliance, with a focus on the healthcare, life sciences, fintech, and technology industries.

Rosenberg earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he was editor of the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law. He earned his B.A., magna cum laude, from Yeshiva University.
