Kristen Boike Named Honigman's Chicago Office Managing Partner
Honigman LLP has appointed real estate lawyer Kristen Boike as managing partner of its Chicago office, which first opened its doors in 2015 as part of the law firm's strategic growth plan aimed at better serving clients and expanding its national reach.
“Kristen is a trusted advisor who consistently creates value through her deliberate due diligence and dealmaking approach, savvy guidance and artful negotiation of matters on behalf of our clients, so she is a natural fit for the office leadership role,” said Honigman Chair and CEO David Foltyn. “Following yet another record-setting year of firm revenue growth, we are proud of the deep bench of talent we have in Chicago and look forward to its continued success.”
Honigman’s Chicago attorneys focus on corporate, private equity and highly complex U.S. and international financing transactions, real estate construction, development, finance, leasing and litigation, life sciences intellectual property and patent litigation, and insurance recovery and counseling.
Boike joined Honigman in August 2019 from Jenner & Block LLP, where she was a partner. She earned her J.D. from University of Michigan Law School and her A.B., magna cum laude, from Harvard College.
