Honigman’s Andrea Hansen appointed to the Elder Law of Michigan board of directors

Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP (Honigman) is pleased to announce that Andrea Hansen, a Partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, has been named to the Elder Law of Michigan Board of Directors. One of the key goals of this nonprofit organization is to increase the elder community’s access to legal, financial, consumer and human services.

Hansen, who is located in Honigman’s Lansing office, focuses her practice on representing and counseling casinos and their suppliers, particularly with relationship to gaming regulatory issues and the requirements of the Michigan Gaming Law. Hansen also represents and counsels candidates and companies with respect to campaign finance issues, and the formation of candidate and political action committees.

Hansen earned a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School and a B.A. from Michigan State University.
