Regis Carozza focuses his practice on estate planning, probate, estate and trust administration, wealth transfer and business succession strategies for high net worth individuals and families, and establishing and administering charitable organizations (including public charities and private foundations). He also possesses extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate transactions and construction matters.
