Rebecca Grove is the Leader of the firm’s Private Client practice group. She is licensed to practice in Michigan, New York and California and represents high net-worth individuals, charitable organizations and family offices across the country. Mrs. Grove is a contributing author for Lexis Nexis and has held leadership roles in numerous cultural and educational organizations.
- Personal Planning. Mrs. Grove counsels high-net-worth individuals and families in all personal legal matters, including sophisticated tax and estate planning, philanthropy, real estate, and business succession.
- Art Law. Mrs. Grove has expertise in all aspects of Art Law including issues relating to purchase, sale, consignment, collection management, insurance, appraisal, charitable giving, attribution, cultural heritage property, and customs compliance.
- Tax Controversy. Mrs. Grove assists clients with tax controversy matters, including income, estate and gift tax audits, complex valuation issues, private letter rulings, and tax appeals.
- Charitable Organizations. Mrs. Grove has expertise in the formation and ongoing representation of foundations and public charities including extensive experience with complex charitable structures.
- Family Office. Mrs. Grove advises single and multi-family offices on an array of complex issues relating to structure and operation.
