Overview
Nancy is a senior paralegal in the Intellectual Property Department with over 35 years of patent prosecution and litigation experience. Nancy is proficient with various U.S. Patent & Trademark Systems and litigation databases. Her practice focuses on preparing patent prosecution documents including Specifications, Assignments, powers of attorney, IDSs, Responses/Amendments and Declarations. Nancy also has extensive experience with legal research and helping clients coordinate domestic and international filings with the USPTO and various foreign law offices in addition to PACER filings in federal and state courts. Additionally, she has experience in other litigation spaces such as PTAB, TTAB, Hatch-Waxman and ANDA.
