Katherine Barber is the firm’s Ethics Counsel and serves on the Firm’s Ethics Committee, which is responsible for ensuring that the firm maintains its reputation for upholding the highest ethical and professional standards. Working closely with the General Counsel and the Director of Ethics, Ms. Barber reviews proposed new matters to determine whether they involve potential conflicts of interest or raise other ethics issues.
