Overview
Jewel Haji is an attorney in the litigation department who concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation matters. She has experience litigating contract disputes, shareholder disputes, injunction proceedings, disputes involving noncompetition and nonsolicitation obligations, disputes arising out of private equity transactions, and products liability actions. She has experience in state and federal courts in Michigan and throughout the country, including in Delaware, New York, Florida, Texas, and Illinois.
Jewel represents a variety of companies in a broad range of industries, including automotive suppliers, strategic and financial advisory firms, and consumer products manufacturers. Her practice also includes drafting significant motions, including dispositive motions and managing complex electronic discovery projects. In addition to her client work, Jewel serves on the firm’s Attorney Development Committee.
