Overview
Cydney McGill is a corporate attorney in the firm’s Commercial Transactions, Restructuring and Insolvency, and Technology Transactions practice groups who focuses her practice on commercial transactions, bankruptcy, and other general corporate matters. Cydney drafts and negotiates various forms of commercial contracts regarding the purchase and sale of goods and services, including supply contracts, service agreements, consumer warranties, and terms and conditions of purchase and sale for a variety of goods and services in the automotive, general manufacturing, retail, and other industries.
She assists OEM and automotive suppliers with complex commercial disputes, financially distressed suppliers, and supply-chain issues, including negotiation and drafting accommodation and access agreements, resourcing and exit agreements, and various forms of letter agreements to provide financial accommodations. Cydney represents clients in information technology transactions including intellectual property license agreements, software development agreements, and software as a services agreements. Her practice also includes representing creditors and debtors in commercial bankruptcy cases and commercial lenders in various asset-based secured financing transactions.
