Two Honigman Attorneys Recognized on Inaugural 2019 Top Lawyers List by Grand Rapids Magazine

Partners Tracy Larsen and Peter Cummings were named 2019 Top Lawyers by Grand Rapids Business Journal and Grand Rapids Magazine. This award honors excellence in the legal field and is based on a peer-review survey of certified lawyers within the Grand Rapids area.

Tracy Larsen serves as co-chair of the Mergers and Acquisitions practice group and managing partner of the Grand Rapids office. With one of the most active transactional practices in the Midwest, he represents clients in a wide array of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, recapitalization, and restructuring transactions. Larsen earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and his B.A., summa cum laude, from Hope College.

Peter Cummings is an intellectual property attorney who provides strategic counsel and guidance on domestic and foreign patent procurement strategies and patent portfolio management. He also advises clients on patentability and freedom-to-operate issues as well as transactional matters involving the development, use, and ownership of intellectual property assets. Cummings earned his J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law and his B.S., with honors, from Michigan State University.
