Swedlow Named Fellow by Chartered Institute of Arbitrators

Honigman LLP is proud to announce that partner Bea Swedlow was named a fellow by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). This recognition is the highest grade of membership offered by the CIArb, and it demonstrates a commitment to achieving the highest levels of knowledge, skills, and behavior in dispute avoidance and dispute management.

Swedlow currently serves on the firm’s Board of Directors, and she acts as co-leader of the Intellectual Property Litigation and co-managing partner of the Ann Arbor office. She received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and her M.L.S.P./M.S.S. and A.B. from Bryn Mawr College.

CIArb is a global not-for-profit organization that serves as an international center of excellence for the practice and profession of alternative dispute resolution (ADR). It has an international membership of 16,000 individuals in 133 counties. The organization also acts as a global hub for practitioners, policy makers, academics and those in business, supporting the global promotion, facilitation and development of all ADR methods.
