Aaron Zarkowsky joins Honigman Corporate Department
Honigman LLP is pleased to announce Aaron Zarkowsky has joined its Corporate Department in Chicago. Zarkowsky focuses on the financial services industry, representing national, regional, and community lenders in real estate and asset-based financing, with an emphasis on syndicated and participated loans. Included in his practice is corporate and real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general business planning.

Zarkowsky joins the Honigman team from Howard and Howard PLLC. He earned his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law and his B.A. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
