Jeremy Scherlinck Re-Joins Honigman Corporate Department

Honigman LLP is pleased to announce Jeremy Scherlinck has re-joined its Corporate Department as a Partner in the firm’s Grand Rapids office. Scherlinck focuses his practice on advising private equity firms, venture capital funds, founders, family offices and large corporations in connection with their acquisitions, divestitures, equity raises, restructurings and other complex business transactions.

Scherlinck re-joins Honigman from Miller, Johnson, Snell & Cummiskey, P.L.C. He earned his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center, and his B.A. from West Liberty University.
