Honigman advises Keystone Capital and Morris Switzer Environments for Health in its acquisition of Ascension Group Architects and partnership with DaSilva Architects

Keystone Capital, Inc. announced that its  portfolio company, Morris Switzer Environments for Health, has transformed into Environments for Health Architecture by acquiring Ascension Group Architects and partnering with DaSilva Architects.  Honigman provided legal counsel to Keystone with Alex Plakas as lead counsel on the deal.  For more information, click the link below to view Keystone’s press release.
