Your success is the Firm's success. The Department of Attorney Development & Recruitment offers training for attorneys, customized according to their level of experience. We work to ensure that attorneys who have chosen to continue their careers at Honigman have state-of-the-art tools necessary for their professional development. Our GPS (Growth-Professionalism-Success) Core Competency Framework provides a road map for success by articulating the skills to be mastered at each level of development, ranging from the fundamentals to the advanced.

Our training programs are facilitated both by Honigman partners and by external, national subject-matter experts. We provide Lateral Integration Partners to help accelerate lateral hires' integration into the Firm and provide support.
