Honigman’s Health Care Practice Group is seeking to hire attorneys with at least four years of experience representing health care providers on a full spectrum of legal matters, including health care M&A transactions and joint ventures, providing guidance on regulatory matters, including with respect to state licensure, accreditation, and Medicare and Medicaid enrollment, and compliance matters, including Stark, Anti-Kickback and HIPAA. 


  • At least four years of requisite experience;
  • J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited institution;
  • Licensed Illinois, Michigan or Washington, DC attorney in good standing; candidates outside the firm’s geographic footprint who are open to relocation are also encouraged to apply;
  • Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under significant time constraints;
  • Outstanding interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and communication (written and verbal) skills;
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and within the firm, with an interest overall in business development; and
  • Responsive, creative and efficient approach to problem-solving
