Overview
Tyler Schofield counsels clients on their full range of commercial real estate transactions, including commercial dispositions and acquisitions, financings and leasing matters. He also represents national banking associations, private finance companies, securitized lending corporations and other institutional lenders in connection with a wide variety of commercial financing transactions, including secured and unsecured lines of credit, real estate mortgage loans and construction loans.
