Overview
Russell Linden is a seasoned labor and employment attorney with a wealth of experience representing clients in a variety of matters involving labor negotiations, arbitrations, civil rights, wrongful discharge, and other areas of employment and labor law. He argues employment and labor cases before various state courts, the Michigan Court of Appeals, U.S. District Courts in Michigan and elsewhere, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and various state and federal agencies.
- Possesses extensive experience before the National Labor Relations Board and labor arbitrators
- Represents clients with significant matters throughout the U.S., including California, Massachusetts, New York, Ohio, and Illinois
- Advises employers regarding issues related to collective bargaining agreements, Title VII, state anti-discrimination statutes, the Americans with Disabilities Act, ERISA, Family and Medical Leave Act, military leave, overtime and minimum wage issues, plant closing and job eliminations, workplace violence, workplace harassment, trade secrets and restrictive covenants, and executive compensation matters
- Representative clients include: automobile manufacturers, automotive parts suppliers, steel companies, chemical companies, advertising firms, consumer products companies, financial institutions, food producers, retail businesses, home builders, state courts, construction companies, hospitals and other healthcare providers, temporary and contract employment providers, trucking and transportation companies, and technology concerns, including computer chip manufacturers
