  • Represented international steel company in connection with more than $1.65 billion of working capital and term loan financing for its U.S. subsidiaries
  • Advised a major publishing company in connection with exit financing aggregating more than $1.2 billion
  • Represented the agent and lead lender in a $320 million senior secured revolving credit facility in favor of a newly formed Cayman Islands private equity fund, secured by interests in commercial real estate ventures located in Singapore, China, India, South Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Japan
  • Advised a major middle market lender as borrower in its $1.1 billion senior secured line of credit, $200 million subordinated unsecured revolver, and $300 million senior revolving credit facility
  • Assisted a diversified manufacturer of industrial components in the issuance of $150 million of floating-rate notes in an asset-backed securitization of trade receivables
  • Advised a major hedge fund in a $350 million conduit warehouse facility and the establishment of a platform for a take-out securitization involving multiple Cayman Island and Luxembourg issuers
