Rebecca Grove is the Leader of the firm’s Trust and Estates practice group. She successfully counsels and advises high-net-worth individuals in their personal legal matters, including tax and estate planning, charitable giving, real estate, and business succession issues.

  • Licensed to practice in Michigan, New York, and California and assists clients with multi-jurisdictional assets
  • Advises clients on a variety of community property issues, as well as state and local income tax matters
  • Possesses significant experience assisting clients with tax controversy matters, including estate and gift tax audits, valuation issues, and charitable deductions
  • Experience in the formation and ongoing representation of private foundations and public charities including extensive experience with complex charitable structures including organizations working closely with governmental and quasi-governmental bodies
