Mohamed Awan is a litigation attorney who represents his clients in a broad range of commercial matters, including securities, mergers and acquisitions, antitrust, contract disputes, shareholder derivative suits, and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) enforcement actions, among others.
