Mary Hyde is an intellectual property attorney who represents clients in all types of trademark, marketing and advertising, and copyright matters.

  • Handles federal litigation actions for trademark infringement and dilution, trade dress infringement, false advertising, unfair competition, misappropriation of trade secrets, copyright and breach of contract matters
  • Advises clients on all types of marketing and advertising issues, including  on social media
  • Counsels clients on global and domestic brand development and protection through trademark clearance, prosecution and management
  • Represents clients in cease and desist efforts and internet  enforcement proceedings
