Overview
Ken Vermeulen is a partner in Honigman's real estate department, with a primary focus on environmental law. He has extensive experience in a variety of environmental real estate matters and focuses his practice on leasing, construction contracting, and environmental law matters.
- Represents clients on a variety of environmental matters, including investigation and remediation of contaminated sites throughout the country
- Represents solid waste disposal facilities, including landfills, transfer stations, and recycling facilities
- Handles acquisition and divestiture due diligence
- Provides advice regarding compliance and permitting under state and federal environmental statutes and regulations
- Counsels on brownfield development projects and transactions
