Kelli's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including class and collective action lawsuits and mass tort and products liability litigation. She also has extensive litigation experience in cases presenting novel questions of law and involving complicated factual disputes. Kelli's practice covers employment and other types of discrimination, data breaches, business torts, mass torts, and various products liability matters, including multi-district litigation. Kelli's experience also includes antitrust and competition matters, government and internal investigations, and bankruptcy litigation. Additionally, Kelli maintains an active pro bono practice.
