Grace Trueman is a trust and estate attorney who focuses her practice on a spectrum of matters concerning nonprofit organizations, estate planning, and charitable giving. Her clients include private individuals, families, as well as public charities, private foundations, nonprofits, and corporate trustees.

  • Drafts specialized estate plans for married couples, unmarried couples, individuals, and high-net-worth clients that achieve client goals, including probate avoidance, end-of-life care and life-sustaining treatment, and charitable giving
  • Counsels private individuals on creation of private foundations for foreign charitable activities
