Elizabeth (Betsy) Allen is a real estate attorney focusing her practice on commercial and real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, financings, and leasing.

  • Drafts and negotiates leases for large commercial clients throughout the country
  • Coordinates portfolio transactions, including drafting and negotiating loan and acquisition documents
