Derek Mullins is a litigation attorney in the Complex Commercial Litigation and White Collar Crime and Investigations Practice Groups and also advises clients on a variety of matters related to state and federal procurement law.

  • Represents complex commercial, tort, real estate, class action, and antitrust matters in state and federal courts
  • Counsels clients in responding to third-party subpoenas
  • Advises clients on data security issues, including investigating and responding to data breaches
  • Counsels clients on state and federal procurement issues, including bid protests and contract disputes
