Bea Swedlow is an experienced litigator who represents clients in significant intellectual property matters resulting in favorable outcomes. Her practice includes patent, copyright, and trademark law.
- Represents clients in many industries, including the auto, retail, manufacturing, e-commerce, media, entertainment, and pharmaceutical industries
- Counsels clients in media and entertainment law, as well as business litigation
- Extensive experience in litigating cases involving noncompetition agreements, nonsolicitation agreements, and misappropriation of trade secrets
