Chris Tracy is a litigation attorney who handles civil and criminal matters that include intellectual property disputes (patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets), complex corporate and commercial disputes, healthcare issues (False Claims Act and qui tam matters), environmental matters, and defense of criminal charges (white collar fraud, healthcare fraud, and handling grand jury subpoena matters for corporate and individual clients). He represents businesses of all sizes, including both Fortune 500 companies and locally owned companies.

  • Represented a company employee charged in connection with a large public corruption case involving bribes to public officials and an embezzlement scheme. We were able to secure a probationary sentence (a very favorable result) for the client.
