  • Advises clients in ownership, management, shareholder, and partnership disputes, including mergers, freeze-outs, and oppression claims
  • Represents corporations, directors, and managers in securities litigation, including defense of direct and derivative shareholder actions
  • Litigates trust and estate disputes on behalf of trustees and beneficiaries
  • Counsels commercial real estate owners, developers, and brokers on commission disputes and litigates on such matters as shopping center access/trespass, development and construction, and free speech

  • Resolves various class action lawsuits in state and federal courts throughout the country
