Overview
Anna Budde, with over 20 years of law practice, is an experienced intellectual property attorney with a primary focus on preparing and prosecuting chemical and mechanical patents. She conducts due diligence investigations and renders freedom-to-operate, validity, infringement, and patentability opinions. Before practicing law, Anna was a senior research chemist in automotive coatings and also performed patent prosecution work as a patent agent.
She prepares and prosecutes national and international patents in a broad range of technologies, including:
