Andy Newton is corporate attorney who focuses his practice on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and other strategic corporate initiatives, as well as general business formation matters and corporate counseling. Andy has advised and closed on over a 100 acquisition and sale transactions in a variety of industries, with transaction sizes ranging up to $1 billion in value. His clients include entrepreneurs, founders, private equity investors, public companies and closely held private companies.
