Overview
Ahmad Sabbagh is a corporate attorney in the firm’s Commercial Transactions and Technology Transactions practice groups who focuses his practice on drafting and negotiating agreements in the automotive and technology spaces. In addition, Ahmad's practice includes advising clients on matters regarding information technology and intellectual property, data privacy and cybersecurity, mergers and acquisitions and other general corporate matters. Ahmad also assists the firm with identifying and resolving commercial issues arising in mergers, acquisitions, private equity, and debt financing transactions.
Ahmad drafts and negotiates various forms of commercial contracts regarding the purchase and sale of goods and services, including supply contracts, terms and conditions of purchase and sale, and service agreements for a variety of goods and services in the automotive, technology, general manufacturing, retail, and other industries. Ahmad also represents clients in information technology transactions including intellectual property license agreements, software development agreements, and software as a service agreements. Ahmad routinely advises clients on contract disputes, contract interpretation, contract termination and transitions, and other contractual matters. Ahmad assists OEMs and automotive suppliers with complex commercial disputes, financial distress, and supply-chain issues, including negotiation and drafting accommodation and access agreements, resourcing and exit agreements, and various forms of letter agreements to provide financial accommodations.
