Overview
Adam Wenner is an attorney in the complex commercial litigation department. After spending nearly four years clerking for two judges at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, he is uniquely positioned to assist with high-stakes federal court litigation.
- Litigates consumer protection and environmental class actions in federal court
- Represents brokerage and investment advisory firms in multi-defendant securities fraud and professional negligence actions
- Counsels international manufacturers in trade secret and intellectual property disputes in federal court
- Assists national law firms as local counsel in highly-publicized matters in the Eastern District of Michigan
- Serves on the Firm’s Attorney Development Committee

Representative Matters
- Represented a large Michigan county in a major antitrust action alleging conspiracy, unfair trade practices, and bid-rigging under the Sherman Act; all claims dismissed on pre-answer motion
- Member of class counsel team representing indirect purchasers in multi-district antitrust consumer protection litigation with alleged damages over $1 billion
- Successfully counseled a major hospital and banking institution through internal investigations lodged by the U.S. Department of Justice and the Michigan Department of Treasury
- Served as general counsel to more than 40 municipalities subject to regulation by the Michigan Public Service Commission
