The Regulatory Law Department has handled numerous matters before state and federal administrative agencies, including cases before the Michigan Public Service Commission, and representation of clients in matters involving the Michigan Department of Labor, the Department of Natural Resources, the Insurance Bureau, and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
