Represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies in leveraged acquisitions and dispositions.
Represents venture capital funds in fund formation and minority investments.
Acts as outside general counsel for emerging companies in general corporate, capital raising and operational matters.
Counsels users and creators of intellectual property in entertainment, endorsement and licensing deals, with a particular focus on music, film, advertising and books.
