The depth and breadth of his experience in the commercial business context includes representation of manufacturing companies and financial institutions in complex commercial transactions (both within the United States and cross border) and insolvency and litigation matters over the past twenty-five years.
Is the firm's liaison partner with General Motors Corporation and leads the Honigman team in its representation of GM and its affiliates throughout North America and, in particular, represents GM regarding GM's financially troubled critical vendors.
