Overview

David Jacob is a partner in the Real Estate department and leader of the Industrial and Office practice. He regularly advises and counsels owners, operators, developers, entrepreneurial investors, publicly traded real estate investment trusts and other parties in all aspects of transactional real estate including acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, development, leasing, ground leasing, sale-leaseback transactions, conventional and securitized financings, loan workouts and restructurings, and management agreements involving office, industrial, retail, multi-family and hotel properties and casinos throughout the United States.

David also serves as an advisor to business owners and operators in various industries regarding formation, governance and operational matters.
